We didn’t get everything done that was on the wish list, but we did accomplish a lot.

On left: We installed cement board on the ceiling, mudded, sanded, primed and painted. Right: We started spray painting the roof and structure.

On the outside wall, we filled cracks, primed those fixes, and then painted the entire wall on three sides.

Left: A fresh coat of paint was added on the office walls. Right: The reddish sections were painted (after screw holes were filled and sanded).

Left: The upstairs rooms were made ready for painting and then the vertical walls were painted. The non-vertical walls still need to be finished. Right: Flashing was installed around the entrances to these rooms to prevent leaks into the structure below.

Door: We filled cracked in the door, sanded, and stained. Several windows were sanded and half of them were stained.

We primed the inside wall. The outside of that wall was also primed by a group of high school students that showed up for a few hours of work. You can also see some the structure being built for the roof leaning on the wall.
In addition to the work down by us, there were Thai workers doing projects as well.

Left: A storage room was built, the window put in, and a door frame fabricated. We helped with this project a bit. Right: A wall was built and a door frame fabricated for the antique door.

The support structure was built and a covering over the entrance was installed. In addition, support structure was fabricated for lighting in the large open area.
